Before the mould production start, we need to know your request very well, with your idea, we will know more about the product, that will do a good mould design, a good mould design is half done.
Step 2: Product design
With your 2D drawing, various 3D formats or samples, With our international team, Xinbo Mould has the expertise to assist you in the final stages of your part design.
Step 3: Mould design
According to your detail request, Xinbo Mould will design the mould with the best injection system, cooling system, ejector system…Let all systems in the best station.
Step 4: Mould production
During the production stage, Xinbo Mould will send you updated dated mould process photos.
Step 5: Mould trial and adjustments
After mould tryout, we will send you the T1 samples by air, at the same time the sample report will arrive your mail. And then we will do the mould improving. If there is any changes needed, we will do the adjustments and do the tryout once again and send new samples to you for your confirmation.
Step 6: Shipment
After samples confirmation, the mould will be packaged with important spate parts(ejector, spring, water nozzle, eyebolt…), mould 2D drawing and 3Ddesign CD and mould manual.
