Tool Assembling and Dis-assembling Procedure
General Disassembly
1.Whole Disassembly
Overturning 90°,then store tool on flat work shop, and keep the upper part is Core (M.S.)
1.2 Disassembling Clamping Blocks.
1.3 Separating F.S. & M.S. with traveling Crane.
2.F.M.(cavity) Disassembly
2.1 Loosening Sliders, Core pulls & Inserts from Female side Parting Surface.
2.2 Preparation of Crosstie for F.S. 180°Overturing. (top part is Upper Clamping Plate.)
2.3 Dis-ass. of H.C. , Cooling Hose, Signal & relevant System or Equipments.
2.4 Moving Locating-ring, then folding Clamping Plate.
2.5 Take out and store Heating System under Safe & Dry Conditions as Hot Runner Instruction.
2.6 Taking Hot Runner Plate, then releasing inserts' screw.
2.7 Turning Parting Surface upwards.
2.8 Extraction of Inserts.
3. M.S. (Core)Disassembly
3.1 Loosening Sliders, Core pulls & Inserts from Male side Parting Surface.
3.2 Dis-ass. of H.C. , Cooling Hose, Signal & relevant System or Equipments.
3.3 Removing Lifter's Screw from Clamping Plate reverse.
3.4 Steady-fixation to Ejector Plate, which make protection to Ejector Pin
3.6 Tool Blocks, Storage-Pillar & Ejection System, then loosening M.S. inserts.
Knock down of Clamping Plate,
3.8 Turning Parting Surface upwards.
3.9 Extraction of Inserts.
